How Korean Keep Their Skin Healthy

Korean eat healthily to maintain their skin health. They eat clean, avoid oily food and drink plain water to keep their skin hydrated. They are not a fan of preservatives in meals and they eat only seafood and vegetables based diet. Other than being particular in food intakes, the ultimate practices practiced by Korean are the eight step skincare routine.
1. Cleansing oil or Cleansing Water
Helps to remove makeup, dirt and excess oil from face after long hours of makeup. Korean practices double cleansing method to ensure their makeup are totally off.
2. Foaming Cleanser

5. Essence & Serum

Therefore choosing the right moisturizer for your skin type is important. SPF also important to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and excessive sun exposure!
