Korean eat healthily to maintain their skin health. They eat clean, avoid oily food and drink plain water to keep their skin hydrated. They are not a fan of preservatives in meals and they eat only seafood and vegetables based diet. Other than being particular in food intakes, the ultimate practices practiced by Korean are the eight step skincare routine.

1. Cleansing oil or Cleansing Water


Helps to remove makeup, dirt and excess oil from face after long hours of makeup. Korean practices double cleansing method to ensure their makeup are totally off.


2. Foaming Cleanser

To balance your skin PH level, use toner after cleansing. It helps swipe off any excess dirt or oil from your face ensuring the best absorption from serums and moisturizers.


5. Essence & Serum


Apply some essence on your skin that will help in skin healing and cell regeneration. It is lightweight, less concentrated and act as a layer of hydration before applying serum. Serum is thicker than essence which helps to refine pores, reduce redness, smooth wrinkles and also treat acne problems.


6. Mask


Mask is also essential for your skin as it helps to moisturize and keep make sure it stays hydrated. Masking one to two times a week for 15 minutes and you can see the changes on your skin.
