Okay, watching what you eat every single time can be very draining but it is an absolute must. 3.     Include Some Fat

4.     Smaller portions


As the day progress, the food intake should be less and in small portions. Start with a big breakfast, moderate lunch and small portion of dinner. Normally people will go for heavy dinner but avoid this because you will snooze off a couple of hours after dinner and you hardly make any movements to burn off those calories away.
