Stretch marks are scars or spoiling grazes. The most common areas affected includes on the abdomen, hips, breast and thighs caused by distension of the skin from obesity or during pregnancy. Stretch marks are not physically dangerous but it can cause problems with self-image and worry. Do you have a problem with the stretch marks and do not have an idea how to deal with it? Here are some tips that might help you to recover your skin back to normal.
1. Drink a lot of water
Water keeps your skin moisturized; dry skin is more prone to scarring and wrinkles. Water will help you to recover your skin condition back to normal. Stretch marks will finally leave your skin if you drink a lot of water. Hence, water also is good for your health and body systems.
2. Apply Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a natural skin healer. It can repair damaged skin cells and skin tissue. It could also make your skin softer and more elastic. You just can rub the Aloe Vera onto the stretch marks and leave it for 10 – 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.
3. Rub with Castor Oil
Castor oil helps to heal stretch marks. Castor oil is one of the most powerful remedies. What you need to do is rub the skin with stretch marks using castor oil. Cover the area for 20 – 30 minutes with a plastic sheet. Repeat every day for the best result.
4. Apply Coconut Oil
Coconut oil could also help to repair stretched skin. Applying it to the stretch marks every day helps your skin to restore more quickly. Massage a scoop of coconut oil onto the area of the stretch marks for 2 -3 minutes. Leave it until the oil is absorbed.
5. Use Egg Whites
Do you know that egg whites can help our skin to regenerate? It helps your skin to get more elastic. How to do it? You just need to massage the stretch marks with egg white and leave the area until it gets dry. Then, wash it off with warm water.
