Whenever you need to attend an event even at night, you still need to do your makeup. But do not take it lightly because at some point, your makeup will start to melt. Although going to the rest room to touch up your makeup is a normal routine but who says you cannot make your makeup stay on your face longer throughout the entire time? All you need is to know how and you will definitely enjoy without every worrying about it.
1. Prepping your skin
It is a must to prep your skin to make your makeup look smooth. Make sure you exfoliate your skin two or three times a week.
2. Use Setting Spray
The goal of using setting spray is to make your makeup last longer after you have gone through the blusher, concealer, eyeshadow and lipstick stage. Never forget to finish your makeup off with setting spray but avoid from spraying it in your eyes.
3. Wear waterproof mascara
It’s a normal thing when you accidentally rub your eyes and forgot that you’re wearing mascara! But throw those worries away because thank God for the existence of a waterproof one!
4. Apply lip liner
Pick a lip liner shade that is similar to your lipstick and apply it around your entire lip. This way if your lipstick fades off, it will not make your lip look entirely pale.
5. Put on primer
Don’t forget to put on primer before you start to pile on your makeup because primer creates a barrier between the skin and makeup. Your makeup will stick to the primer making it last longer.
6. Use only a light layer
Keep your makeup light as this will lessen the makeup from visibly cracking on your face. Light makeup keeps the risk more lower. Beauty blender is all you need to make it smooth and looks natural.
