3 Healthy Habits to Adopt

Your New Year’s goal might be to live a more healthy lifestyle and since it is April, how is that going? Imagine, you only sleep for 4 hours and you will be sleepy along your day. You will lose your focus toward the things you do. Six or seven hours of sleep may sound pretty good. In reality, though, it’s a recipe for chronic sleep deprivation. Most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. We guarantee when you sleep for 8 hours, you will wake up in the morning with a bright smile.  

3.      Go on early morning walk

A 30-minute walk in the morning can change your life! The fresh morning air can help calm your nerves, increase your mood, and keep you energetic and positive for the rest of the day.  The morning hours have the least amount of pollution in the air. Fresh air has oxygen in abundance, along with other gases. When you gasp oxygen, it gets distributed to the cells, which use it to perform all functions. When your body functions correctly, the chance of you suffering from various diseases reduces. So put on your sports shoes and get walking!
