How to Pamper Yourself When You Don't Have Time


There is simply nothing better than being able to relax from a stressful busy day of work or endless obligations. However, if you do not have the luxury of time on your side, you need to figure out the best way on how you can still enjoy a nice pampering session or period every now and then. You must know that pampering yourself can be done by squeezing in some time despite your busy schedule. Read down below to get some ideas.

1.     Be your own manicurist


Skip the nail salon for that regular mani-pedis as it can take a great amount of your time and expenses. Instead, keep your nails looking pretty and neat by being your own manicurist at home. There are various nail care tools set that you can purchase and use for the at home mani-pedi. You multitask by doing it while you are on the bed watching Netflix after a long day. This is absolutely time saving.


2.     Take a long hot bath


After a long day, it cannot be denied that all you want to do is to unwind yourself and decompress. Why not do it by taking a time for your own self. The best way to do it at home is to take a long hot bath. Soak yourself in the bath, close your eyes or better yet squeeze in some reading.


3.     Treat your hair


We know that you might want to quickly lay in bed as soon as you get out of the shower but occasionally do pamper yourself by giving special treatment to your hair. Wash your hair with shampoo while massaging your scalp a few minutes and apply on conditioner to give back to your life. Once you rinse it off, apply for a hair mask treatment and let it sit on your hair and scalp for three minutes before proceeding to wash it off too. You will feel your hair more nourished and refreshed like walking out from the hair salon.


4.     Enjoy a sweet treat


Give yourself a reward by enjoying a sweet treat such as chocolates, cake or candy. Surprisingly it will make you feel a little bit better so take the time in indulging in your favourite sweets. Do not feel guilty about it ruining your diet as some days, sweets can be a great way to relief the pressure off and you can indulge in it anytime anywhere even when you are on the go.
