Different School Uniforms From Different Parts of The World

Have you ever think in your mind that if you go to school without your uniform, it will be less enjoyable and the school vibe will fade away?  School uniforms are commonly known as almost identical uniform that is still worn by students attending the school today.  You don’t have to worry what you will look like because everyone is wearing the same outfit. Wearing school uniforms make students take pride in their look and teaches them to dress neatly because not all countries have their own school uniforms. So which countries have school uniforms? Let’s take a look at different school uniforms from different parts of the world.

1. AFRICA

In Africa, it’s compulsory to wear a school uniform. If the parents can't afford a uniform, their kids  are not allowed to enter in Primary School.

2. SOUTH KOREA

Their secondary school uniforms is called gyobok . It is a typical South Korean uniform usually consists of a shirt, blazer and tie, with skirts for girls and trousers for boys.

3.INDONESIA

In Indonesia, primary school students wear a white short-sleeve shirt with red shorts for male students, and below-knee skirts for females . While lower secondary wear navy blue shorts or trousers for male students and females wear a below-knee-length or long navy blue skirt .

4. JAPAN

Before this, Japan used traditional kimono as their school uniform but they changed it to the modern school uniform which is almost similar design with the European Navy uniforms.

5. INDIA

Both public and private schools in India made it mandatory to wear school uniforms. In India, the uniform is taken very seriously and it’s one of the most important components of school life.

6. AUSTRALIA

Their uniform’s colour is based on their school colour . It’s because In Australia, each school or school system can set its own uniform policy.

7. CHINA

Students in China may think their outfit is ordinary but it is interesting because they have five sets of different uniform for all the seasons from Summer, Spring, Fall and Winter.
