It cannot be denied that it is hard to squeeze some of our time to exercise due to our hectic schedule. Trust me, even I have the same problem too especially as we have various responsibilities to juggle all at once such as our career, family matters and errands to run. However, we all know that it is important to spend some time to burn those calories off. For the ladies who are having a hard time to work out, there are simple exercise routines which can be done with ease. I believe that doing a little is better than not doing anything at all. Baby steps, girls, baby steps. Check out the simple exercise routines which can make a difference for you even in the slightness way.
1. Yoga Stretch
Instead of waking up from bed and straight to brushing your teeth, why not make your mind as well as body alert by doing some easy yoga stretches. You do not have to be Yoga expert to perform these moves at all. Stretch yourself every morning before jumping in the shower by doing a few easy yoga poses to make your muscles feel relaxed. Get stretching and be ready for an awesome day!
2. Plank It Out
Okay, everyone knows that the hard part of your body to lose weight is your abs. I admit that I am one of those people who are just too lazy to push myself to do any hardcore ab exercise moves to tone my belly. The trick that I find great is by doing planks. If you are a beginner, start your planks with just 20 seconds and work your way up every single day. Planks help to strengthen your core and it will definitely make you feel great afterwards.
3. Light Running
Light running is sort of like jogging but with a slower pace. You do not necessarily have to go out of the house to run as you can also run indoors in your own home. Put some cardio in and burn mega calories by just light running inside your own home. If you want to feel as if you are actually exercising, you can always slip on those trendy sportswear and have a run at a nearby park or even around your neighborhood. Raise your heart rate and sweat!
