You may have a list of things to do in your mind from work, personal, chores, errands and more. It is best to jot it down to get a clearer understanding on how to manage them well. Keeping them scattered all around in your head will only make you disorganized.
Okay, this may be hard to achieve every morning but exercising definitely helps boost your energy and feel healthier. You can run on a treadmill for 10 minutes in your home, a jog around the neighborhood or do some yoga before you get ready to head out. Do it in your sportswear to feel that confidence and spirit to sweat.
There is nothing wrong to smile and be positive. Starting the week with a great aura benefits your mood for the entire day. Do not scowl or frown as it will definitely lead your week into a stressful one. Smile to strangers on the way to work and greet your colleagues at the workplace.
