How To Stay Fit Even After Ramadhan

It has been a month every Muslim have been fasting and now everyone is busy celebrating Eid Day. A majority of us have also lost some weight in the process and hoping to maintain our slim figure even after Ramadhan. However, as we all know, many have failed to maintain their weight after the fasting month as we often fall into the trap of enjoying all the wonderful dishes during Hari Raya. But do not fret as you can stay fit even after enjoying that delicious food on Eid Day by following these simple steps.

1. Maintain Eating Healthy

If you want to maintain your slim figure that you have obtained during the fasting month, you can always maintain a healthy eating habit after indulging the meals during Hari Raya. Avoid eating oily or greasy food and eat a lot of proteins.

2. Control your Quantity

As hard as it is to resist the temptation, you should always control the quatity of the food you are consuming. This is because eating smaller amount of food helps improve your digestion and burns those calories fast.

3. Exercise

You may have put your workout session and trip to the gym on the whole during the Holy month. However, now it is the time to pick up from where you left and start getting active again. No more excuses. You still want to fit into the clothes you had on during Eid Day for years to come.

4. Think Positive

Surround yourself with positive people who support your effort in maintaining your weight even after Ramadhan ends. Ignore negative comments that can bring you down and believe in your own self. Be confident and always stay motivated. You will surely achieve your goal
